The 1.25" Poly Pipe Pro-Turnkey is made for mid flow pump applications up to about 25 GPM (If you are picking out a pump that will pump more than 25GPM, please call us at 888-637-4493 and we can confirm frictional loss sizing of a Pro Turnkey. If you purchase without calling us and the flow is too high for the length + diameter of planned pipeline, we do not accept returns). Designed to be compatible with pumps from the ProV, ProD and ProM lines. 

Step 1) Choose between 100, 200 or 300 foot lengths for your wire, pipe and rope.  

The long pipe distance and higher flow of water from the pump, there may be greater frictional losses (essentially the pump has to work harder). If you're unsure what size of pipe diameter will work for you - either use a frictional loss calculator or call one of our technicians who will make the calculation for you and they'll recommend a pipe diameter 888-637-4493! 

Step 2) Then choose between a Well Seal Assembly or a Well Cap/Pitless Adapter. Measure your well casing diameter to determine which size Well Seal or Well Cap to select. 

The outlets of the Pro V, Pro D and Pro M series are 1.25 inch (there are some 2" outlet higher volume models but those aren't applicable with the 1.25" Pro-Turnkey). 

Pro-Turnkey kits include...

Wire

• Pump Wire - Outer jacketed (12-3+G AWG for 100 and 200 for kits, 10-3+G AWG for 300 foot kits).  UL Listed per UL 83 Type THW as Deep Well Submersible Pump Cable. Operating temperature range -40° C to 75° C. Annealed bare stranded copper conductors. 
• Waterproof Splice Kit for connecting pigtail off pump to rest of pump wire 

Plumbing

• Poly Pipe roll 250psi (1.25" IPS). NSF 14/61 Rated for Potable Drinking Water MADE IN THE USA 
• 1.25" Stainless Check Valve and 1.25" Stainless threaded coupler
• 1.25"stainless hose barb and stainless hose clamps.

If you choose the Well Seal Option... 

• Well seal assembly (4", 5", 6", 8"*) with stainless steel well seal, 1.25" stainless threaded coupler, 1.25" stainless threaded tee, 1.25" hose barb and stainless hose clamps for the barbed coupling 
• * 8" well seal is cast iron

If you choose the Pitless Adapter option...

• Well Cap (4", 5", 6" or 8")
• 1.25" stainless steel hose barb and 1.25" Pitless Adapter Assembly

Additional Parts

• Poly-braid no-rot safety rope, marine grade, submersible rated 3/8" diameter, 2,450lb tensile strength
• Teflon tape
• Electrical tape

• Wire stripper/crimper
• Flat and Phillips Screwdriver
• Lighter or heatgun for heatshrinks, heating poly pipe for tighter hose clamps
• Small socket set as it helps get hose clamps tighter
  
• Simple Multimeter for testing voltages
